DOUBLE MEDIA × CRAMP & MULLANEY · OUR RECOMMENDATION
A Double Media approach for Cramp & Mullaney

The Familiar
Firm.

Become known. Build confidence. Be the firm they choose.

You’ve put work into the website, we’re creating and posting your short social videos on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and your team is sharing its own advice posts too. The next step is to bring it all together around what makes Cramp & Mullaney yours: the solicitors, the way you explain things and the experience clients have at Eastbourne and Battle.

I call this The Familiar Firm. Before someone needs a solicitor, let’s help them get to know yours. Real films, useful conversations and connected website content give people a feel for your team, how you explain things and what it would be like to work with you. When they are ready to enquire, Cramp & Mullaney should already feel familiar.

YOUR PEOPLE.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
YOUR FIRM.
Eastbourne + Battle
THE AIMHelp the right people
feel ready to call.
THE FAMILIAR FIRM JOURNEY · KNOWN. TRUSTED. CHOSEN.

The enquiry starts
well before the first call.

The Familiar Firm follows three steps: become known, earn trust and help the right people choose you. First we need to get the right people onto your website. Then we need to answer their questions and help them feel comfortable with your firm. By the time they enquire, your team should have a much better starting point for the conversation.

COLD AUDIENCE · They don’t know you yet→ NEW CLIENT · They choose your firm
01 / AWARENESS · 40%

Become known. Give people a reason to visit.

“Could this firm help me?”

Instagram, Facebook, search and short videos bring people into contact with Cramp & Mullaney and point them towards a relevant page on the website.

Our part: the short videos we create and post across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, plus the proposed films and podcast clips. Your team’s own Facebook advice posts support the same subjects.

Next step → Visit the right service page.

02 / INFORMATION & TRUST · 45%

Earn trust. Help them feel ready to talk.

“Do I trust these people with my situation?”

The website does the reassuring: clear service information, useful blogs, answers to common questions and real videos of the solicitors and offices.

Our part: films that introduce your team and a longer podcast that demonstrates how you explain things. We connect those assets to the relevant website content.

Next step → Make an informed enquiry.

03 / ENQUIRY TO CLIENT · 15%

Be chosen. Turn confidence into a decision.

“What happens next, and can we get started?”

Your team responds, understands the matter, explains the process and fees, follows up and helps the right person become a client, subject to your normal checks.

Your part: the human conversation and professional judgement that take an enquiry through to an agreed instruction.

Result → A new client and work agreed.

In this model, 85% of the work happens before the enquiry.

That’s why I’m recommending we join up the website and social content. Getting someone onto the website is the first step. The information and real people they find there need to give them the confidence to call.

40% / 45% / 15% is Double Media’s illustrative model of the relative heavy lifting across the journey. These are not measured conversion rates, budget allocations or guaranteed outcomes.

Data informs the whole journeyWe review Search Console and Google Analytics before pre-production to understand what brings people in, what they read and where they move towards contact. Those findings shape the topics, briefs and storyboards, alongside your priorities and client questions.

Video-led blog writing is available as the optional £200 + VAT monthly service below. Wider website copy, SEO and enquiry handling are shown to explain the whole journey and are outside the video packages. The focused review of existing analytics is included within the agreed planning time, subject to access.

WHAT MODERN MEANS HERE

Useful technology. Approachable people.

AI can help with the preparation. Your solicitors bring the judgement, experience and accountability. Your marketing should make it easy for someone to see both: a firm that works efficiently and people they feel comfortable speaking to.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Give people a reason to choose you.

When someone is comparing firms, similar-looking advice only takes them so far. Hearing your solicitor explain a concern, seeing the offices and knowing what happens next gives them something specific to judge you on.

The Familiar Firm approachShow the team → Let people hear your expertise → Join up the website and social → Make the next step clear.

Our quarterly review of Search Console and Google Analytics will guide pre-production, alongside your priorities and client questions. This proposal builds on our existing snippets and posting service across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The new films and podcast are additional services, with the full scope and quarterly prices set out below.

02 / WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE

Useful advice is a start.
Now let’s show who’s behind it.

The website and social pages already give people information. I’d now make it easier to see why they should have that conversation with your team.

WHERE AI CAN HELP

Take some of the preparation off your plate.

Use it to organise ideas, suggest a first draft or help turn approved information into a post. A solicitor still needs to check the detail and make sure it sounds like your firm. That is a useful supporting role.

WHAT IT CANNOT SUPPLY FOR YOU

Real evidence of what your firm is like.

Generated words and images cannot document your actual offices, show how a real solicitor responds in a conversation or substantiate a client’s experience. We need to capture those things with your people. They are specific to Cramp & Mullaney.

This is where I’d put the production budget.

Film the people clients will speak to. Let them explain things in their own words. Show both practices and make the first appointment feel familiar. Another firm can publish a post on the same subject; it cannot give people the same introduction to your team.

What this comparison is based on

We reviewed the public Cramp & Mullaney website and Instagram profile on 12 October 2026. The social grid has a consistent green and cream identity, with topics including shareholder disputes, landlord possession, divorce finances, mediation and debt recovery. The website presents services, people, reviews and written information. This is a public-content review, not a performance audit; reach, watch time, leads and conversion data were not supplied. Proposed benefits are objectives, not guaranteed results. Visible subjects also include Form E. Website content includes FAQs/blog information and consultation routes, with Eastbourne and Battle offices named.

FACEBOOK · RECENT PUBLIC POSTS

Keep the useful questions. Let’s make the posts feel more like you.

The Facebook page makes it clear you’re in Eastbourne and Battle, and the free 15-minute call gives people a clear next step. I’d keep the question-led approach in these recent posts:

The subjects are useful. What I’d change is the presentation: the first two posts use almost the same four-panel layout and finish with the same offer, reviews and contact details. I’d simplify the graphics, make the text easier to read on a phone and bring your people into more of the content. We also need to keep the review figures consistent; one caption refers to September while the cover shows October.

Keep
  • Plain-English questions that clients actually ask.
  • A consistent Cramp & Mullaney visual identity.
  • A clear route to the local offices and to get in touch.
  • Genuine, attributable reviews, kept current and dated.
Refine
  • Larger, mobile-friendly text and simpler graphics.
  • One relevant next step per post, rather than the same promotional ending.
  • Vary themes and formats instead of near-identical carousels.
  • Use AI for a first draft if helpful; a solicitor should rewrite it in their own voice and approve it.
  • Use genuine team and location imagery rather than generic synthetic people or scenes.
Add
  • Professionally filmed, real solicitors.
  • Both practices, Eastbourne and Battle, on camera.
  • Reassuring films about what working with you is like.
  • Longer conversations cut into useful short clips.

I’d keep building on short solicitor explainers. They give people a chance to hear from the person they might actually speak to, which is a useful addition to the written advice.

Public Facebook sample and previously reviewed Instagram/website, 12 October 2026. Content observations, not a performance audit. We produce your Instagram feed posts; your team produces the Facebook posts discussed here. The additional production and working arrangement below are our recommendations.

What this means for the planKeep the useful written advice. Add real people, places and conversations that give it a recognisable voice. We start with one film each month.
03 / SHOW THE TEAM

One premium film
every month.

£3,200+ VAT per quarter
BECOME FAMILIAR · SHOW THE PEOPLE

People can see who they’ll be dealing with.

A written introduction can tell someone you’re approachable. A real film lets them hear your tone, see the offices and form their own impression. That’s why I’d start with the team, the first appointment and one service you want to grow.

We’ll plan three films together and shoot them across both Eastbourne and Battle in one full day. That keeps the time commitment manageable for your team and gives us a film to release each month.

THE FAMILIAR FIRM STARTS WITH LISTENING

Let’s find out what people actually need from you.

Before we choose the quarter’s content, we’ll review your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data alongside the services you want to grow and the questions your solicitors hear from clients. That gives our pre-production a clear starting point.

What brings people to you?

Search Console helps us understand the search queries your website appears for, which pages attract clicks and where there may be useful subjects to develop. We’ll look for questions relevant to your services, rather than simply chasing the highest search volume.

What do they do once they arrive?

Google Analytics helps us see which pages people visit, how they engage and which routes lead towards contact. Where enquiry tracking is correctly configured, we can use those recorded actions too. We’ll check what the data can reliably tell us before drawing conclusions.

Then we turn that into the production brief.

We’ll agree the priority topics, the solicitor best placed to explain each one and what the viewer should do next. Those decisions will shape the three film concepts, storyboards, podcast questions, planned clip themes and the relevant website pages we link to. Every creative decision starts with a reason for making that content.

For example, if the data points to interest in a wills question that your team regularly hears, we can build a film or podcast discussion around it and link the shorter clips back to the relevant wills page. That is an illustration, not a finding from your accounts.

Search and website data → Agreed priorities → Briefs and storyboards → Film and publish → Review and refine

The focused quarterly review of existing data is included within the agreed half-day of pre-production and storyboarding, with no change to the quoted price or time allocation. We’ll need read access or suitable exports before planning begins. Account setup, tracking repairs and a full SEO audit would be agreed separately. If the data is limited, we’ll say so and use client questions and your business priorities to guide the brief.

Walk people through the first call or appointment. Explain what to expect and what they might need to bring.

03MONTH THREE

04 / HEAR THEIR EXPERTISE

One conversation.
A quarter of useful content.

£2,300+ VAT per quarter
BUILD CONFIDENCE · HEAR THE EXPERTISE

Let your solicitors demonstrate their knowledge.

A polished paragraph tells people what you know. A real conversation lets them hear how you explain it, follow a question and make a complicated subject understandable. We’ll use the search and website findings to prepare the topics with you, then give one solicitor room to speak naturally.

The longer episode sits on YouTube and your website. The 15 shorter clips give people different ways into that conversation throughout the quarter.

HEATHFIELD / DOUBLE MEDIA STUDIO

Your knowledge.
A real conversation.

One Cramp & Mullaney solicitor.
One hour of filming.
Three days of editing.

Studio due to be ready for filming
from 26 October 2026 onwards.

I’d bring one of your solicitors into our Heathfield studio for an hour and talk through the questions they hear most often. It should feel like a helpful conversation, with space to explain things properly.

01

A longer-form episode

Edited for YouTube and integrated into your website. The one-hour session is recording time; the finished episode length will depend on the conversation.

15

Short-form videos

Turn the strongest moments into individual clips. A proposed rhythm of five per month keeps the conversation working across the quarter.

Three editing days per quarter cover the episode and 15 clips. Website integration requires access or coordination with your website team. Billed quarterly.

POSSIBLE CONVERSATIONS

Topics agreed together. Your solicitor approves legal accuracy before release.

05 / MAKE IT WORK TOGETHER

Now give all that content
a clear job to do.

This is what makes The Familiar Firm one joined-up approach: the films, podcast, website and social pages introduce the same people, answer the same questions and lead towards the same next step.

Someone sees your solicitor on Instagram or reads your Facebook post. They visit the website to find out more. The same person, subject and advice should be waiting for them there, with a straightforward way to get in touch.

Find you on social → Get to know the solicitor → Find the right help on your website → Get in touch
01SOCIAL STARTS THE CONVERSATION

A subject people recognise.

We’ll plan the social videos we post across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and your team’s own Facebook posts around agreed priorities. The monthly films and podcast clips bring your solicitors into those conversations.

02THE WEBSITE BUILDS ON IT

A useful place to land.

A wills clip should lead to the wills page. The longer podcast gives people more detail, while relevant films help them get to know the team. We’ll agree where the assets belong with your website team.

03THE NEXT STEP IS CLEAR

Make the first contact easier.

The consultation wording, office details and contact instructions should agree across the channels. People should know who they’re contacting and what to expect.

AN EXAMPLE · WILLS

Here’s how one subject can do more for you.

Your team’s Facebook post raises a common wills question. Our Instagram content and a podcast clip let a solicitor explain it. The relevant link takes someone to your wills page, where they can watch the fuller conversation and find out how to contact you. The film helps them recognise the person and the office before they arrive.

We agree the topic and legal wording with you. Each piece adds something useful, with a clear connection to the next.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Your real team becomes recognisable.

The same solicitors appear across the content and website. Over time, people have more chances to recognise them and understand how they work. That is the consistent, personal presence we want to build for Cramp & Mullaney.

HOW WE JUDGE IT

Look at what people do next.

Where tracking is available, we’ll review what people watch, visits to the relevant service pages and enquiries we can link back to the content. We’ll use that, alongside the questions your team hears, to shape the next quarter. Any new tracking setup is agreed separately.

Podcast embedding is included, subject to access or coordination with your website team. Wider website repairs, new page builds, SEO, advertising and extra social management need a separate scope. The aim is a joined-up client experience; enquiry growth is an objective, not a guaranteed result.

a podcast into social content.

This Healthy Homeopathy clip shows how a moment from a longer conversation can stand on its own in the feed.

For Cramp & Mullaney, we would select 15 clear, useful moments from your quarterly recording, giving each clip a focused subject and a reason to watch.

Under the proposed working split, your team approves legal accuracy and creates its own Facebook advice posts. We create and post the agreed snippets across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn within the monthly service. We coordinate the website episode via agreed access; release arrangements for additional formats are agreed together.

09 / YOUR INVESTMENT

Here’s what it costs.
Billed quarterly.

To put The Familiar Firm into practice, I recommend both production services because they do different jobs. The monthly films introduce your people and practices; the podcast gives your expertise more depth and supplies regular clips. Together, they give the website and social plan the real material it needs. You can also choose either service on its own.

KEEP THE CONTENT WORKING THROUGHOUT THE MONTH

Your ongoing social service, at a lower fee.

We currently charge £300 for your short snippet videos and posting them across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. If you go ahead with both the premium film and quarterly podcast packages, we’ll reduce that to £200 + VAT per month, keeping the existing agreed snippets and posting scope.

This reduced rate is conditional on agreeing both proposed production packages. The new production fees do not replace the monthly social fee. No extra snippet volume is implied.

OPTIONAL EXTRA · £200 + VAT PER MONTH

Turn the video topics into blogs people can find and read.

This strengthens the trust-building stage of The Familiar Firm, the middle 45% of our planning model. Once a video has caught someone’s attention, give them a useful article to click through to: the question explained, the relevant video alongside it and a clear next step if they need help.

We’ll take the agreed film and podcast topics and turn them into blog content for your website, shaped by the Search Console and Analytics review. Your solicitors approve the legal detail. Each article gives the social content a relevant page to link to and helps keep the website and social plan working together.

Search and website data → Video topic → Useful blog + video → Social links to the article → Relevant service or enquiry

Additional £200 + VAT per month. Article volume, review process and website publishing arrangements will be agreed before starting. This is content writing, not a full SEO or website maintenance service.

Three-month totals combine the quarterly production fee with three months of the stated monthly services. They do not change the billing schedule: production is billed quarterly; the ongoing services are priced monthly. The optional blog service is an additional choice, not a condition of the social fee reduction.

The selector above compares the new production packages only. The ongoing snippets-and-posting service and optional blogs are priced separately here. Publishing follows the working split. Paid advertising, wider account management and website remediation are separately scoped.
